Can't change faction

I have F.O.S.E. and F.O.M.M. annd Enclave Commander 080 Installed

 

I copied mesh files to the fallout 3\data\meshes folder exactly as they were extracted

I copied the textures to their correct folder and I enabled Enclave Commander.esp

 

Now what I am trying to do is change this enclave armor... I can't stand it. It looks horrible I.M.O.!!!

I prefer the TX-4 suits, much better appearance overall.

 

According to the readme it says:

How to change the Enclave Soldiers to something completely different?

- Type into the console "set J3XVertibirdSoldierType to x" where x is:

0 for Enclave.

1 for Brotherhood of Steel.

2 for Normal soldiers.

3 for Brotherhood Outcast.

4 for Chinese Soldiers.

 

Here is what happens, I did it multiple ways before I took the screenshot to upload. (Double Click for full size)

As you can see the mod is clearly working, but the commands are not working.

The operating system in use is windows 7 64 bit build 7000

Fallout 3 runs fine all except for me being able to change this squad outfit.

 

I actually just want them to wear regular power armor (my default texture skin so they all match) by default and be equipped with only the following setups a G3 and 10mm pistol, Laser Rifle and laser pistol, minigun and 10mm pistol, laser minigun and laser pistol, combat shotgun and 10mm pistol, sniper rifle and 10mm pistol.
