Well, I'm tired, so all I can suggest is that you deactivate all of the mods, and go back through and reactivate them one by one to see what is causing the problem, haha.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help mate.

the mod that contain deleted navmesh maybe the culprit

try to fix with CK and tes5edit, or just deactiveate the mod

or if those mods not the problem maybe it's memory problem cause by mod script

try edit the [papyrus] section like in the .ini tweak guide on nexus, and multiply the maxallocatedmemory, maxmemory, minmemory a few times more than the guide if you have the resources and the game still crash

and if the problem still persist, it means i'm wrong

navmesh are for the npcs, they are basically waypoints which tell them where they can go

you should at least clean the main files from skyrim with tes5edit, one by one -> update.esm/dawnguard.esm/hearthfire.esm/dragonborn.esm in that order

just click the link boss suggests for the tool and a guide

a look into the papyrus log would help to find possible incompatible mods

the options to activate papyrus can be found in the skyrim.ini under [Papyrus] and the files are under %my documents%/my games/skyrim/
