Assemble the parts first:

 

-laser rifle

-any suit of power armour

-fission battery

-jump boots (mod item I'm working on to give jumping up at 10x the current height and negate any fall damage).

-missile launcher

 

DR: 50, ST+5, Energy Weapons +5. Built in laucher and laser rifle. Use power armor to fix, but as it would be the player's "creation" in the game, you can wear it without training. You'd have to keep it supplied with ammo for the weapons, but I think it'll make a nice addition.

 

Yes, it's pure cheese, but if you can't use this game to have a laugh while doing impossible things, why bother?
