Remove children NPC from the streets

Any possible way to remove children from the game?

Its just weird seeing these gnomes wondering the streets of NC.

 

I don't know if its possible to control the spawn points based on the location, but it would make more sense to have them spawn in the buildings or nomad camps, but not on the streets by themselves.
