Well remember this, it is an Apocalyptic World mostly people take the Law in their own hands, the only law in fallout is Kill or Be Killed. Mostly the Law is mainly Lucas Simms and The Regulators. But the Main Law is the Gun! But if you get to make this Mod of Prision it would be really cool.

enclave wouldn't work as a back story although this would be a better story there are pretty much 3 or 4 main towns depending on the way you look at it

Rivet City

Cantebury Commons

Big Town

 

Tenpenny as a small settlement.

 

The leaders\law of said towns\settlements came together to discuss how to bring some kind of order to the wasteland and as such a prison was built with regulators running the wastelands like the marshals of the wild west bringing you to justice. you kill someone with a witness a bounty gets put out on you, same goes for stealing if caught, the guards near where you were stealing would send for a regulator to escort you to prison, you have the chance to escape enroute by any means, although this would mean the bounty on your head would go up. escaping from the prison it'self pay the bounty for the rich characters, and plain old wait out your time in prison and temporaraly loose an ammount of a random attribute.

I may just fullfill this request once I have finished on the current request I am working on, Maximum Ammo Capacity.

I have never co-produced a mod before and wouldn't know where to start. I have alot of time on my hands atm due to struggling to find work so it would keep me busy if I took it up.

 

Although if any semi or experienced modders mainly scripting would like to start work on it I would gladly join up.

 

My scripting skills arn't really good but they are getting there if you look in my sig I re-scripted the whole bobblehead stand to allow removal of bobbleheads to put on other stands and the max ammo capacity mod I am working on is allowing me to learn how to make a menu script and some basic math scripting.

 

If anyone is interested that has knowlege of scripting and dialogue (not much exp for me there) world building I can do without even thinking about it, Send me a PM. also anyone who has had any exp with making mods with mutiple people would be very helpfull.

Im new to it aswell, but i'm good at liasing and seeing as it's an idea that i've posted i'll take responsibility for finding people,

i know of afew good modders so i'll get on the ball with that.

 

So you're onboard then genovauk? To what extent we'll sort when we have a small crew..

I'm onboard skills as follows for anyone else reading this

 

Scripting - Newbie to intermediateish (refer to geck alot and copy\paste)

 

World Building - Fairly easy, One of the thing I am mostly good at

 

NPCs\Dialogue - Have experience with packages and npc creation with oblivion no dialogue though

 

Textures - Not a great texture artist but can import and make texture sets and how to use them no problem

Have exp with dds converter\Nifscope\photoshop

 

Sounds - Creating sounds I have no experience but implementing sounds with the geck no problem

 

Item Creation - Easy enough, I would say I have more balance issues because even though I know how to create items

I have never actually made a mod implementing them

 

Can't think of anything else atm if there is anything I havn't listed just ask, Mostly with me it's patience to do the job which I am greatly overcoming and lack of ideas, I do have a mod in the works which i'm not going to talk about but it involves all of the above skills, Purposely to help me learn the ins and outs of the geck etc...

on a side note just looking at oblivions crime quest\script will help a great deal with this, and I have had experience with making a new guard faction in oblivion using the crime quest\scripts, had a few hiccups with it but if i reinstall ob and have a look shouldn't be a problem to duplicate at least some of it as a base
