How do I get rid of this color mismatch

This is what any type of enclave commander BoS soldiers look like in my game.

 

Here is the problem:

I installed Fook v1.4 and I am using the fook enclave commander.esp plug with it.

The problem is that no matter what textures are overwritten this is the effect of the helmet. You may as well paint a bullseye on it... :rolleyes: (Double Click on image for full size)

I thought that if I changed the BoS body armor it would get rid of this weird effect on the helmet that is there by default with fallout 3 overhaul kit 1.4, but no such luck. Is there a way for me to simply give the enclave commander ground reinforcements a standard non glowing/brightened TX-4 "Power Armor" like what I have on (shown in image 5).
