Hostile Windhelm

Hello Community!

 

I have looked through this forum and the internet about my bug but only could find similar problems, giving only hints but no solution. I am a modder and I have troubles with this, so I hope I'm at the right spot. :blush:

 

I started a perfectly fresh game and traveled to windhelm. As soon as the guards of Windhelm saw me, they attacked! Everyone, even the Jarl (I sneaked to him with disabeling the AI notifier with <tdetect>)

I am not wearing any clothes or weapons. I am no Vampire and have no spell cloaks running. I am an Orc, but i guess that is not the reason ^^

I tried to give myself a bounty (player.setcrimegold XXX <factionID of Windhelm>) and to pay it by "paycrimegold" or simply in a dialogue (<- which I only could start by tdetect mode).

I tried to run away, travel and wait for at least two days.

 

So at this point I am pretty sure it is not just a glitch or a game bug, it is a mod I have installed which just labels me as an enemy or disables their normal behavior. Below I will list all my mods. It would be really great if anyone of you has an idea what might be wrong! I already tried a lot to fix this by deinstalling mods and reinstalling skyrim, but I just could not find the problem. Let me also say, that this problem only appears at Windhelm. I tried all other cities and these worked perfectly fine. I would not mind that much if it's in a city which is not part of the main quest :mellow:

Problem SOLVED!
While trying to fix another bug (-> After finishing the first two quests and taking first steps in becoming a member of the werewolfs, dialogues did not work. Everybody I talked to said "you smell" (before dialogue options) and then the only dialogue option possible to click was "why does nobody like me?". Nothing worked and quests could not be finished.) I found a hint on another website, suggesting that the mod "shadows of the dragonstar" is able to do that. So I removed it and it worked!
Both bugs have been removed with that add on!

civilwar overhaul is probably the mod causing the "bug" but it's a feature, i had the same with windhelm and it was because i was wearing imperial armor in a hold related to the stormcloaks, it works the same either way (wearing stormcloak armor and entering solitude for example)
