Cant select a spell post modding?

Hey, I'm pretty new to the game and installing mods. Ive installed a few, including a couple spell mods that ill mention below. But now, whenever I try to play, I can't select a spell?? The wheel pops up, but its locked in place and I can't select or cast. Ive tried looking at the comments on the spell mod pages, but can't find anything similar, so Ive come here. Any ideas?

(BTW, the magic mods are Green Fire, Dagger Summon Spell, Health Spell and Held Item Imbue)
