So I'm new to modding, haven't done much before but now I got a good machine to run some good mods and i've been trying to figure it out but still can't.
Mod name: Skyrim 2020 Parallax by Pfuscher

I installed all the required files and the mod files as well but still i can't figure out how to make it work, I'm using Mod Manager and it gives me this error or something saying "Overwrites loose files" and I can't figure out a way to get rid of that, I also wanna install a lot of other mods too so if anyone can help that would be great, Thank you.

'Overwrites loose files' is not an error and occurs regularly and normally. What it means is that the file overwrites some of the information from another file. Example: a patch for xyz.mod will overwrite some files for xyz.mod itself. What it indicates is that the overwriting file should be loaded in higher priority order than the file that it overrides. Higher priority=higher # in load order which is counter-intuitive but that's how it works. Simply drag the file up or down to change load order.

Hope that answers your question.

Edit: looked at the Skyrim 2018 mod in Nexus and would suggest that you hold off on that series of high-res textures until much later until after you have many more essential and useful mods installed and running together properly. It pays to peek at the posts of mods you are considering downloading as the mod author will pin important stuff at the top of the post list. Also pay close attention to the Requirements. Once you have installed the top 50 or so of Nexus' all-time most downloaded mods you can start messing with fancy ass stuff like that if your FPS is too high... If you want a higher res/more beautiful Skyrim an excellent tool is BethINI on Nexus. It allows you to completely customize the graphics settings and it is widely recommended and loved.
