Game hanging when closing for exit

This problem has only been happening over the past 3 days. After I have played all I wanted to play when I save and then exit the game it hangs and I have to use the task manager to close the game. Is this a common occurrence? If not, then how do I fix the game so it will close properly?

Thanks!

1. Download New Vegas Stutter Remover.

Install NVSE into your main install folder (with your FalloutNV.exe) if you don't already have it.

Installation for New Vegas Stutter Remover:
1. Go to your Data folder, and create in it a new fold named NVSE.

Now go in to that folder and create a new folder inside of it named Plugins.

You can create a new folder by right-clicking inside of an old one and selecting "New", then selecting "Folder".

If you already had such a path that's fine too.

2. Make sure that the file sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.dll from the zip ends up in Data/NVSE/Plugins (the Plugins folder you created in step #1 above).
3. If you have an old ini file for the Stutter Remover then delete it so that the Stutter Removeer will generate a new one with the new default settings.

2. Run New Vegas with NVSE enabled using the nvse_loader.exe directly or through your mod manager.

3. Close the game, and look at the new .ini file in your Data\NVSE\Plugins folder

4. Open it with a text editor and Ctrl+F for FastExit.

5. Change the 0 to a 1, save, close.

OK what am I looking for? I have the ini file opened and see a long list of variables and I need to know which one is the one I need to change from 0 to 1.

Thanks!

Please disregard the above I found the fastexit I think.
