Number value during character creation

A long time ago when I was still young and beautiful. xD I played TES: Oblivion.

I remember when creating a character (showracemenu) there were numerical values above the sliders.

I have to ask what mod added them?

Is it enough to change some value in notepad?

I hope I found the right space in the forum.
