Johny Obliv
A mod where it is possible to break people out of jail. Some NPC's could be added to jail cells. Then they could be given a script, so that when anyone opens their jail cell, they run out of it and try to escape the prison. Some NPC's will fight the guards, but some will just try to run out of there as fast as possible. And some would try to sneak out of there, when they are skilled in sneak. The guards should react aggresive towards jailbreakers. Existing jail NPC's could also be given this script. When the jailbreaker gets safely out of jail, and into safety, like outside of the city, he will reward you with a key to a treasure or something. Maybe this is something that is possible to make? Johny Obliv
So i guess nobody likes my idea then :( This isn't a Prison Break fan mod, if some people thought so.
bben46
Be patient. This isn't an IM site where you get instant responses. It can take a while. In m time zone (Eastern US) you first post showed at 12:59 AM and your second at 6:55 AM. Yes, 6 hours, but the exact 6 hours when the fewest US users are on the site. Give i at least 24 hours before giving up. Then, go ahead and make the mod anyway. Don't mod what others want, mod what you want.
Johny Obliv
Yeah i know i have to be patient, but i saw that my mod was moved to the other page, and people wouldn't find it anymore when it's on that page. I'm putting this idea on, because i can't mod myself, and i thought that maybe someone could try making something like this. But i'll be patient.... :)
LoginToDownload
I wouldn't imagine many NPCs would make it to safety... The path from the dungeon's exit to the city's exterior is generally linear and guard-filled (Skingrad being a slight exception). Sometimes it even goes through the barracks. :P
Johny Obliv
Well, then maybe your character could help the guy escape, fighting the guards and stuff. Or some secret passages could be added. But there still wouldn't be alot of chance that the prisoner makes it out of the prison alive, with no armor and weapons :)
TheTerminator2004
It'd be perfectly doable, I'm sure. It wouldn't necessarily work well, thanks to all the guards, and the extremely small likelihood of the prisoner escaping alive, and it probably wouldnt be worth all the effort (while it would be great for adding to the immersion, perhaps, it wouldn't do much else - and it would take a fair bit of effort). It is probably doable though.
Johny Obliv
The reason why i would like this mod to be made, is that when you unlock the door of a prisoner, he just stays in the cell. Not trying to escape with the chance given to him. I think that's realy unimmersive. And maybe you could help the prisoner escape by giving him armor or something. innocent12345
i get your point you should be able to get cell mates and you guys dig you way out of prison with spoons and stuff :P, and if you save someone, they give you a hefty cash sum, and also you can ask them to become you criminal companion :D
