Immersive Creatures Ancient Spriggan replaced with Red triangle

Hey so I installed a bunch of mods and started a new game and I'm seeing that the ancient sprigan from the Immersive Creatures mod looks like this. I attached a file with the picture.

The screenshot I attached shows what info I can see by looking at the red triangle with the More Informative Console mod, but I don't know where to go from here... I'm a beginner at installing mods. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
