Something wrong with my load order?

Well, i try to figure out what wrong with my load order. I got random CTD. And i like to re instal the game but i've already delete all mod archive. So please someone tell me what wrong

i wonder why you're not ctd at startup, climates of tamriel.esm is missing, try wrye bash there is no bashed patch for the leveled lists

 

if you want to reinstall the game just delete in %steam%/steamapps/common/skyrim -> all files and directories and rightklick in your steam library on skyrim -> prefenrences -> local game files -> verify game integrity, it will take some time and then download again all missing files to restore your game
