Having CTD problems....

Hi guys. I'm having CTD problems with the game. I have used BOSS and wrye bash to create a bashed patch and it's still CTD whenever i enter a new room, building, town and sometimes when i'm traveling.

papyrus log would be helpful, if you're getting ctd's by entering cells/fasttravel it's probably an OOM (out of memory) problem, try using enboost too reduce the ram/vram usage and/or consider using ddsopt or ordenator (texture optimizer) true optimize (and maybe even scale down hires textures) imho 4k textures are overkill mostly you can't really tell the difference between 4k and 2k

So i tried those two and it's still CTD. Maybe it's just really my system or there is simply too many mods.

If you can enter a room one attempt A but not on attempt B, you can rule out misbehaving mods almost 95% of the time. An ESP is pretty consistent so if it isn't going to work, it's not going to work ever. There are some variables concerning what NPCs are present, what quests are active, that kind of thing, but when you see this kind of inconsistency everywhere, it's pretty much like muuuuhya, and even yourself, pointed out: the more mods you use, the greater chance of a memory spike and a CTD/ILS. It's a trade off and you have to find a balance you can live with.
