CTD at Raldbthar after 41 levels through

Hello everybody, I hope you're doing quite well in the health department, I making this comment because I am having an issue that forces the game to shut (CTD), This happens whenever I go by Raldbthar (ancient Dwemer ruin) where the second assassination for the dark brotherhood is, I have tried checking what mods could be causing this and after testing, I haven't landed on the answer. I will put a list of mods that I have to see if the problem is with my particular build. my game version is: 1.6.342.0.8 on AE.

I have been playing on this game file for a while and never had this issue, I admit I have done glitches and used the console for minimal things, such as god mode, set essential and I believe that's pretty much it.

I have also enabled and disabled mods mid playthrough however only visual mods that to my understanding should not cause problems to the map (Raldbthar). Example: Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE, Bijin Skin - CBBE, Improved Eyes Skyrim, Almost Seamless 1st Person Hand, VHR - Vanilla Hair Replacer, Face Discoloration Fix, Slow Effect Fixes (although I had the issue before installing this mod).

my game had crashed before, yes, has it repeated in a specific area, no. That is why I find this very weird, honestly I don't know what to do, I am very hesitant to lose my game file, Spent many hours already, thank you for the help!

(I know it looks odd, I really don't know how to maneuver my way around the order for the mods, I am relying on LOOT and try and error until I stop encountering bugs or things that throw me off the intensiveness ).

I have also checked, and the game is pretty stable every else on the map, it's just there as for the moment, I wish I could give you more information but If you need anything else let me know and I'll try to facilitate it to you

Maybe there is a texture or NPC problem in Raldbthar, even a corrupted download with respect to Total Character Makeover, Immersive Citizens, or Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes - I do not use any of these, so this is a guess. Your Corrupted Texture Fix seems to be loading a bit later than I would expect, but I am not sure, since it does not affect any textures in Raldbthar. Project Optimizations - maybe you should try the .esm version, even though Raldbthar is not on the list of affected areas? You could also check SSE Engine Fixes for which fixes you may need to enable or disable - check the comments on its page for suggestions. Good luck!
