OwyMary
Hello, I have been with Skyrim for six or seven years now and I continue to be surprised, especially with the strange "breakdowns" that occur. On one occasion the opposite happened to me, my avatar moved at a turtle speed. Today the opposite happens to me, my avatar walks at an amazing speed; I have tried the command "player.setav speedmult" but it does not fix the problem. I know it is because of some mod that I have installed, but I don't know which one. If anyone has an idea about this problem, I would be grateful if you could share your knowledge. anjenthedog
for general use to speed up my player when walking, I usually use console SGTM for the purpose (something like SGTM 1.2 gives her a brisk pace) , or for a better rate of travel (with SGTM set to 1.0, ie normal time speed), I'll drop to sneak mode with capslock on and use c to start and stop her, so I can maneuver better using my mouse and operate A and D for helping avoiding obstacles. That you have some blinding speed issue....idk. When that's happened to me (a few times) I chocked it up to some sort of glitch. Not sure I remember what I did to fix it. Probably something like fast traveling to a player home, getting inside, create a new save, check/clean the save using falirim, then reloading, a standard method I use initially to shake out glitches.
