ZorakRaw
Fallout 3 features in its code the ability to use a "free camera", via the console menu. This is a useful thing for screenshotting, however, while it is active, the game is still active, and thus what you may be wishing to take a picture of from a unique angle may, in a split second, no longer be as it is. Fallout 3 features several kinds of "game pausing" as well. The less important one in this case is the standard Menu/ Window/ Pipboy one, which freezes the game but does not allow camera movement, even if the menu features are hidden and TFC is activated via the console. However, VATS' pause is independent of this, and as obviously seen, the camera CAN move while the game is "VATS Paused", though it is entirely automatic, and TFC cannot be used. It would be an incredibly useful mod, for the purposes of capturing images, for there to be an addition to the code that allows, with a button press, for the game to be "paused" (ie, the action freezes in place), while at the same time, the camera is mobile, so you can move it to take an image of the 'paused' action from a unique perspective. This is logically possible in the code, though I lack the knowledge to do it myself. I'd certainly appreciate it if someone were to do this! Cipscis
You could try using trollf's trick, which worked in Oblivion and allows you to pause the game while in "tfc mode" Cipscis
ZorakRaw
There SHOULD be a way to actually do it though via modding, rather then outright "tricking the game out"
