Crash before Intro Video

I've just installed Fallout 3 New Vegas Ultimate Edition. I open the launcher and it optimises the graphics. I click Play and the game starts to load by the screen going black, but before the intro video even starts to play It crashes with the following message:

I have tried the .ini fixes for iFPSClamp = 60 and the fix which removes the intro video, but I still get the same crash.

I have also downloaded YUP, and NMM and ran BOSS and FNVEdit and cleaned all the mods. I have reinstalled and done these changes 3 times already and verified all the files.

Please help me as it was a giant download from steam and a lot of hours trying to fix it alone.

The only mods I have are the prepackaged dlc's and YUP - Unofficial Patcher, all of which I have FNVEdit cleaned.

It also doesn't work if i disable the mods and it didn't work before i installed YUP.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Intel i7 2600K

16Gb RAM

Hey,
i cant say that im familiar with that crash report that you provided but i had the same crash issue(crash on game start).
my problem was - i didnt get all the essential files from steam. so untill you get an qualified answer you could check your files.:)

seems like steams verify file integrity does not always notice that something is missing(in my case) ->
check these files
Data folder:
- FalloutNV.esm (~230MB)
- Fallout - Voices.bsa (~1.7GB)
you should have 7 fallout+name.esm(vanilla files)
Main ordner:
- FalloutLauncher.exe
- Fallout_default.ini
wo these i couldnt get my game up and running.

I have checked the files and all are there. I have tried reinstalling 4 times now, all the files are there again.
