CTD in exterior cells.

I added "I cant believe it's not enb" just to try it. It didn't work so I replaced everything the way it had been....or so I thought. Now I cannot enter any exterior room without CTD. I can move between inside cells. I can start a new game. All works well UNTIL I try going into any exterior. I tried old saves, new games, etc. I verified game cache'. I have no damn clue what the hell is wrong. .....and perhaps this is unrelated or not BUT I have game boost installed. I can toggle FPS on/off. It stopped working in game when this issue started.

Any clue would be appreciated.

AND I just realized I cannot launch Skyrim with the launcher. The box comes up for a couple seconds and then disappears....BUT....I can launch the game with SKSE.

???

 

Update: I noticed if I restart the computer I can launch the game with the launcher 1 time. That's it. Other than that only SKSE will launch it. I know all my mods are working and I can skip around to interior locations all day. As soon as I try to go outside...bam.

Wtf is going on here.

 

And it happens with or without mods installed.

I had the same problem on the pc. All I did was undo the game, then put it back on. Had to turn off the mods and redo them. If you have NMM, under mods just click them undone, then reclick them to re-activate them. Only problem is whatever body you have, take it(them) off and redo it by putting it back on.

Damn. I keep looking for some other way. I mean, I've been working on this set up 2-3 years. It has alot of under the hood tweaks and settings that would be damn hard to replicate. If I have to reinstall the whole damn thing I would probably be better off going with SSE , which, by browsing through comments on that site, it seems like a bad time to switch.
