LE New Class Idea

So my friend and I were discussing a cool class that sounds like it could have a mod.

 

It's called the scribe, and he's a mage but has a special weapon.

 

So the whole idea for the scribe is his main weapon is a book. A book in one hand, and it casts spells for him

The scribe would have intelligence, be bad with swords, be bad with armor, but do a good amount of damage.

 

If someone could respond to this with a mod that adds a equipable book in one hand, that would be great.
