Crash to desktop After completing DLC old world blues

I am not sure what could be causing this but before going through the DLC the game was fine meaning it only crashed after about 3-4 hours of continuous play but now it crashes every 30-40 minutes, I played through the Honest hearts DLC and nothing went wrong when it was completed. I use mods of course but nothing that I think could be conflicting with weapons or armor from OWB. I have run FNV edit can receive no error messages and I feel my load order is fairly stable. I also run the game with the 4Gb extender app. Anyway I would appreciate any help with this issue here is my list of mods and load order.
