Targeting HUD - Taunt Hostile NPCs

hi, sorry for my bad english,

i know this Bug fixed in patch 1.5,

the bug is making any NPC that targeted by "Targeting HUD" will attack the player

 

then i see this mod:

this mod is self explanatory: only targeting on hostile NPC

and this mod description:

This is due to the way the highlight effect works: internally it is treated as a "magic effect" (since Fallout 4's engine is related to the Skyrim engine), and the AI is set to treat any spell or magic effect from a potentially hostile target as a hostile act.
THE SOLUTION
Both the Berry Mentats and Targeting HUD highlight "magic effects" have had the "No Hit Event" flag added to their other flags. This prevents any AI events from triggering when the effect starts, including reacting to it at all. As far as the AI is concerned the magic effect hasn't happened.

 

 

now my request is;

I like to revert the THE SOLUTION effect,

making any hostile NPCs will attack the player with "Hit Event" of "magic effects" of Targeting HUD,

and if not troublesome, please make the effect more stronger,

like make the "Hit Event" effect done by the player

so the hostile NPC really aggro to the player
