Black outlines when moving around.

Hey all, long time New Vegas fan, but still a newbie at modding. Ive been working on this list and troublshooting to the best of my abilities and just when i thought everything was in a great spot I started noticing these black outlines on EVERYTHING. People, buildings, it would get more intense with the pip-boy light on. It honestly kind of looks nice, like I installed cell shading or something, but Im worried about it inevitably corrupting something or just tanking my game.

 

Here's my list. I just hand copied everything, so I hope vortex plugin order is true and correct.

***EDIT*** IT WAS JUST MY TERRIBLE MONITOR! I'm gonna keep this up for posterity, but if anybody had anything to say about my list (in terms of advice on merging and load orders) im all ears!
