furnaps Posted September 2, 2013 Share Posted September 2, 2013 Yes they are, I don't see why they wouldn't be one modifies the characters faces and the other modifies buildings and terrain, etc. I have OCO installed and I'm about to install better cities so I'll let you know if I have any issues but I really don't see there being any.
