cocokoko
Hello, i'm needing some help here.. Recently I downloaded a mod translation for my native language (brazilian portuguese). it's a .esp file, which masters falloutnv.esp, I think. I encountered some problems during gameplay. Some of the letter characters were not appearing (ã, õ). If the graphical accent don't appear, the letters show fine (a, o).Which program should i use to edit the dialog lines? Or, if there's a solution for these symbols to appear in game, even better. Thanks for any help.
jazzisparis
I had a similar problem with one of my mods when I wanted to add a Spanish word containing ó. Even though my keyboard is configured to Spanish language input, the GECK would not accept it. I solved it by copying the word from an external text editor (I think it was Notepad) to the GECK. Note that the GECK may not display the correct character, but in-game it seems to work.
cocokoko
Thanks for your response, jazzisparis! I wasn't aware of this GECK... I downloaded it, and managed to fix the subtitles. Took me some time to learn how to use this program, but it was the solution I was looking for. Thanks a lot!
