You'd be better off starting a new topic for something like this.

Balmora Expansion is probably on more than one site but I found it on TheLys as one of Gorg's mods.

Heaven's Lookout was at Euro-Morrowind. As far as I know you can no longer reach this site but maybe someone else knows a way?

Euro said that they would upgrade. That being said, it´s been 45 days now so i´m starting to doubt they will ever be back!

TESMods.net has taken up a lot of those mods!

http://www.tesmods.net/

Euro is coming back. Check their forums for updates.

Otherwise:

Star Boi's mods

Beasts of Burden:Necromancer

Magical Trinkets of Tamriel

Infernal Summoning.

How come so many people like GIANTS?

Maybe I got the worst side of it when I tried it, but, I'm pretty sure I got one error (no model), and didn't much like it.

The main mods I use are atmospheric/visual (e.g. lighting mod and texture replacers, and no-glo) and bug fixes (there's a whole load of these, I haven't actually noticed much difference from most of the bug fixes though).

I can't say I've liked most of the quest mods I've played, except for Silgrad Tower. That is very good, but unfortunately unfinished. It did crash morrowind at one point though, in the forest, where the frame rate went very low.

I recommend for everyone (even beginners) to install the Balancing-Project-Mod which can be downloaded here:

http://www.tikanderoga.net/vvardenfell/plu...bgbalancing.zip.

It balances all the races and signs, so that they are all about the same power level. Altough the mod was created by Germans, it also works with the English version (at least with my English version). More information, on what is changed exactly can be found here:

http://www.tikanderoga.net/vvardenfell/plu.../balancing.html.

Warning 1: The info-site is only available on German.

Warning 2: For the mod to be acctually useful to you, you have to start a new game. When you install the mod during an already running game, the changes will only affect NPCs and not your character
