Quest Markers Disappeared

So, I've installed a few mods (something I'm new at) and since then my quest markers on the map have mostly disappeared. Only a couple are showing up. I do have the quests selected in the proper screen. It works when I select specific quests in "Miscellaneous" but for something like "The Golden Claw" I can't select it. The only thing I can think of is one of the mods caused this. Any ideas? Here are the mods I have installed thus far:

Attack Behavior Revamp
Sky UI
MCM Helper SE
Address library for skse plugins
MCM Helper SE
Nemesis Unlimited Behavior engine
True Directional Movement (I was told this one doesn't work on SE so I disabled it)
Simple Lockon SE (none of the lock on mods I've tried have work, fyi)
Lockon White Texture
A Quality World Map
Unofficial Skyrim SE Patch
Skyrim SE Expanded Weaponry
Smoothcam

 

I'm totally new to modding so any help would be greatly appreciated!

If memory serves, there won't be a specific quest marker showing with the Golden Claw quest, as once you have possession of it it's up to you to find out who the owner is - also worth checking in your skyrimpref's ini that the following are enabled
