Help with GTA V

How would I use vortex for GTA? I've been modding gta manually for a while, but once the Contract update came I took a break (because everything I had got broken). I'm wondering how would I use Vortex? Could I install graphic mods that use Open IV files or dlc packs or would I still have to do those manually? If anyone could provide a tutorial for this that would be helpful. Im not a complete noob at vortex though, I've used it for Skyrim, Fallout, Cyberpunk, and Jedi Fallen Order.

If you manage GTAV with Vortex it walks you through what you need to do at each phase.

 

If an update broken all mods, Vortex can't fix that.
