1st person bow view 90deg off

So I have reinstalled SKyrim SE on my new computer, using Vortex Mod manager, have install most of the mods I had before. Now I have 2 issues:

 

 

1. When 1st person view, drawing the bow, the bow and the flight of the arrow go 90deg to the left. When in third person my character draw bos straight forward and shoots correctly. Any one seen this before?

2. I am missing the texture for lanterns. (they are blue)

*UPDATE I got the bow thing fixed, just reinstalled XPMSE skeleton mod. Now if someone knows what skin/texture those lanterns use?

 

OK second UPDATE, the blue lanterns were because I did not add the original SIMM mod. done it and fixed.
