Automated medical suit, Sadist gun and Injector

First idea is to make a suit modification for various power armor forms that automatically applies Med-x, Stimpaks and Psycho to the player as well as uses Stimpaks on crippled limbs. Could someoneexplain how I could go about doing this.

Second is gun that only cripples limbs. Would be a fun gun to use but I cant seem to get it to work in GECK. I was going to use the Alien Blaster model as it had the right look and feel to it.

Thirdly is the gun from Timesplitters called the Injector which fired darts into an enemy and then they exploded. Another bit of fun.

 

Any help with any of them or mods themselves would be good.
