First person camera very low and cuts half way thru the ground solve

I have never experienced this before during 10 years of playing Skyrim. But it happend yesterday. And with all my saved characters. :- o

 

After some research on the net I didn't find anyone who could provide a soloution.

After some pointless tinkering, I came up with the idea to make the character slightly taller using the Lazy Tools mod. And herueka ! That solved the problem. :- )

So if anyone happend to get this problem ? This is the soloution.
