LE Can someone please make a mod restoring the castle volkihar's southern tower?

I know there have been already few mods that restore the castle Volkihar in the past

 

However, for now, there's only "Castle volkihar Rebuilt" and "Castle Volkihar Redux"

 

For Castle Volkihar Rebuilt , It's really a nice and amazing mod, but it leaves the southern tower of the castle volkihar (the tower on right from the entrance) in ruins.

 

For Castle Volkihar Redux, It fully restores the southern tower, but the decoration is a little bit too flashy and too much of evil-themed

 

So please, can someone make a mod that rebuild castle Volkihar including Southern tower within lore-friendly atmospheres?

 

It'd be the best to be the expansion of castle volkihar rebuilt about fixing the southern tower and add additional spaces for player and followers

 

Or, can someone please make a really super simple mod that just fix only the outside of the castle after defeating Harkon?

 

The demolished tower ruin had been bothering me for long times.
