Need a mod part edited or help on how to do so

Hey all. I recently downloaded this mod;

And I love it, but there are two things that bother me.

When using the Actor module, I can only get up to 4-6 skill points per level, and with the many mods I downloaded, moderate skill progression is almost needed.

Another feature I dislike in the actor module is that if you choose the Replicant trait, you get absoloutely 0 skill points per level up no matter what. I was wondering if someone could;

 

- Give Replicants skill points per level

- Boost normal skill points to mostly-vanilla standards per level.

 

Or, if someone would be able to tell me how to do such modifications myself via the GECK, that too would be fine. My current GECK experience, however, is fairly low. All I have done is made a few extra crafting recipes for myself. Thanks in advance.
