Hoping to get a collaboration going in order to create a mod.

I have a plan to create a mod that can allow proper xbox controlls for oblivion, but there are a few problems, i need a few mods which can do some small things, like making the mouse invisible (shouldnt be too hard), moving the sub-menu's left and right(the up/down arrow keys can move the selection up and down in the first menu, and the left/right arrows can move between menus, but cannot move between the sub menus, for example, if i am in the inventory tab, and in the weapons section, i can use up/down to select certain weapons, and left/right to switch to alchemy or all inventory, but not to map,magic, or stats sub-menus ) also i would need a mod that can scroll with keys while in the menu. the rest of the options i can setup with a keymapping software. if anyone is interested in helping me, please message me.
