Yes, though Col. Autumn's explanation for why the Enclave wants the Purifier - recruitment - shows that he, at least, wants to revise Enclave SOP to include not shooting random Wastelanders on sight. Plot railroading and the infamous Villain Ball are the only things making the Enclave the antagonists of Fallout 3 in that regard. Thus, the main point of this mod is for the Lone Wanderer to join forces with Col. Autumn, take down Eden, and rebuild the Enclave as a less cartoonishly evil organization. Whether this ends in the Enclave becoming better or worse is up to the player's actions.

 

Before any of this can come out, however, I first need to get my GECK to stop constantly deleting my progress.

Have you tried, Well I don't know, Using Geck in Admin? Since it doesn't save the ESP in Regular only in Admin :P
