Gorgopis Posted January 25, 2022 Share Posted January 25, 2022 We're not familiar with the mod you tried, and we don't know if you are loading an after-that-mod save or before-that-mod save to continue your gameplay. "She speaks normally" in an older save, but did you have that Serana mod enabled when you made that older save? Even a disabled mod leaves references in any game-save that you made, a save made after enabling that mod. So, we're guessing, and others may wish to add in, but you need to load a save from before you added and enabled the Serana mod you mention. If you started all your Skyrim gameplay with the Serana mod enabled, you may likely have to start a brand new game, to find Serana as a non-bugged vanilla version. GL!
