Apocalypse Magic Leveling vs. Perks Possible Issue?

We just noticed that in our Skyrim SE's character's Skill Trees, our Conjuration is 100 with all Perks. (We earned these legitimately.)

 

But in game, when we raise a spell, the menu shows only 99. So we can't fire certain Conjuration spells requiring level 100. We ARE running the Apocalypse Mod.

 

Has anyone seen this or solved it?

 

We also notice that our meter bar for the Conjuration Perk-Tree view is empty, and not filled as are the meter bars for the other magic 100-levels for schools.

 

Our Archery Meter also is empty, though we're at 100 in archery on the Perk-Tree.
