If you are getting this message:

Assert

File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp

When you try to load Hearthfires DLC in the Creation Kit or the Multiple Masters error, here is how to fix it.

The file configurations below are required to resolve the problem:

Open the SkyrimEditor.ini file usually found in the C:\Program files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Skyrim and add sLanguage=English under the [General} heading then add bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 under the same heading, next find [Archive} heading and change its lines to these listed below. Basically, you are adding the missing *.bsa files that Creation Kit cannot find.

SArchiveList=Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

SResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa , HearthFires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

This will solve two problems, the Hearthfires error code and the loading of Multiple Master files in GECK.

I had to search for this online and finally found this video that described how to fix it. I hope this helps people with this issue, I could not get a decent response from Bethesda Support on it. They kept asking for my Msinfo and Dxdiag results, this tells me they did not even read it, automated response.
