Hi, I would suggest to drop "RAEVED", it killed my frame rate and caused frequently CTDs.

If you want good LOD I would strongly suggest Evenstar without its "05 rocks". http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/42190//?

And I would also suggest that you over clock your i7 950. Its still a power horse if you can get it up to 3.8 ghz.
