It added a started kit-type thing to Sanctuary Hills(It's not this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6306?tab=description). This started kit held lots of basic materials, ammo, armor, and a unique weapon called the Maximized 10mm pistol(It's just a normal 10mm that does more damage), and a suppressed deliverer.
