can someone put these NV mods into Fo3

since the stats and things are different between the two games.. i imagine the stats need tweaking to some sort.. so here:

amor stats:

- Wearing armor increases allowable carry weight by 25lbs

charisma +1

small guns +10

+5% critical chance

(DR: 45 Weight: 25 lbs, medium Armor, item hp:1250)

 

helmet stats:

- grants a radiation resistance of 10%

- grants a +2 bonus to perception

- +5 speech

(DR: 8, Weight: 6 light armor, item hp: 400 )
