LE mod to reconstruct old destroyed cities and towns like restoration

hi everyone

 

m new here and really like all the mod collection the nexus is providing since i m playing skyrim for the first time and i visited this nexus site so added some mods to my game to make it more instresting than the base game

 

i was wondering if there was any mod that could recounstruct old forts ,landscapes, temples,destroyed villages and cities, dwarven ruins and all the visible important structures, like rebuilding all the damaged structures and repopulating them with npc ,fortifying towns and cities with a castel like walls and doors

 

i mean if there is a way or a mod coz i cant seem to get it in the nexus search for the mod menu

 

i hope you understand wat i m saying its like an architect npc (like archeologist and his team of workers that u pay to reaserch & restore & fortify like a castel walls ) that can help u rebuild the destroyed and desimated structures to its former glory ( like we have the restoration projects in the modern days )

 

i dont know if i m making sense but i cant seem to find such a mod

 

i really hope if some one could make such a mod or if its already made do help me by providing the name
