Skyrim AE w/mods can't activate/select/interact with NPC's bug

I have a decent game and all of a sudden I can't talk to NPCs anymore. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

 

I was just finishing the Faalskar questline, and returned to the legacy of the dragonborn building.

 

It is the beginning of the quest Shadows of One's Past with Avram Shazir. Can't select/activate any NPC anywhere.

 

Tried disabling FNIS in case it was the animations, no luck.
