Maicol0815
Seriously! I don't care if this is the wrong place this has to be seen!! This is ridiculous, I've searched for over a year now how to fix the no rain bug. The weather changing/lighting/weather performing mods I have are Project Reality: Climates of Tamriel, ENBSeries, SkyRealism Evolved and a couple of others. I have had this rain problem for over a year. When ever I search I find a new reason follow the instructions and it still doesn't work!! It's bloody amazing is what it is! This is really annoying when you use for example Chesko's Frostfall and you can't see the rain (for half a year now I*ve not been able to hear it either) so you get wet get cold and die!! Full report, the rain is not visible, hearable, noticeable or anything. The only way I can know if it's raining is the lighting changes and when I'm 100% wet I start hearing dripping from me. (feature of Frostfall)It's so retarded that no one has found out what the various problems may be, no one's even trying to find out! Come on people do something about it. Make a program like TES5Edit that detects some conflicts or missing files (because it must obviously be a conflict or a missing file from a mod), do anything I don't care what just get a fix for this annoying bug! This has ruined my whole Skyrim experience!! /Thanks for reading Maicol
nofear88
Umm... Skyrim has rain, vanilla Skyrim I mean.
ZeroKing
Confused though as isoku already made a mod for splashes called "Splash of Rain". As well, Boris of ENBSeries fame made rain more visible and with variations to it.
Maicol0815
You two obviously didn't understand what I wrote. The the rain isn't visible at all! Neither is it hearable. My rain is unnoticeable! This isn't about a mod making it more visible or that the vanilla game has rain. I know this but I don't have noticeable rain. Not visible nor hearable! Something is jamming the visibility and sound of the rain...
eSoDian
Did you try to verify the integrity of the game cache? You might have missing or corrupted files.
Maicol0815
Did you try to verify the integrity of the game cache? You might have missing or corrupted files.I reinstalled it about 2 months ago because of this problem. It didn't fix it... This is a conflict or a missing file in a mod

vlaka
well without a mod list it's pretty hard to pinpoint what's wrong. You could delete Skyrim via steam then manually delete the leftover Skyrim folder via windows explorer and start from scratch.

I did do that I completely reinstalled the game removed the whole Skyrim folder after unistall of course, didn't help. I think I can give you a mod list but not today. Maybe tomorrow...
