miraclefreak
Dude, it's been some time eh? I had the same issue and was googling to find this here... but in the meantimeI WAS ABLE TO SOLVE ITthat's why I'm dropping by to let you know how so you may enjoy rain and snow after a year, no? ) Symptoms all the same... water dripping from the clothes yet no sign of rain anywhere. I was helping myself with ScriptDragon's weather mod to cycle through all rainy weathers to be sure andNO RAIN and NO SNOW whatsoever like those were completely missing from the game. I am using Mod Organizer which doesn't touch your original files so it was pretty easy to disable all mods completely and start a new game, this time ENB removed. No rain and no snow when cycling through weathers at the very beginning of the unmodded game (only scriptdragon's weather asi mod). Reinstalling game didn't help! WTF?! Then I realized.. Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini that's it After more troubleshooting I was able to hit it Skyrim.ini:[Weather]bPrecipitation = 0 Please remove that and never ever put that in Skyrim.ini file... You'll see rain and snow as you remember it. I believe this setting was added to Skyrim.ini by Mod Organizer when I fiddled with built-in Configurator. Remember - when using MO your valid Skyrim.ini file is actually located in ModOrganizer\profiles\<your profile>\ Hope this helps you and possibly some others with the same trouble... I'd suggest to rename this thread to [sOLVED] No rain and no snow - missing weather so it is easier to google up.
EnzeruAkku
Hi, well i ran into this problem myself and I run the Opethfeldt ENB. My friend also ran into the problem when he installed a different enb to, he uninstalled it and it fixed the problem. Maybe you wanna try it to, but if you really want the enb installed this is what i did to fix mine. I installed a rain mod called natural skyrim rain http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8395/? , and Hectrol FX RAINDROPS Deluxe HR for Natural Skyrim Rain http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25484/? and it seemed to fix the problem. I also changed some setting setting in the enbseries.ini file which i got from this other post http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/934301-how-to-fix-black-enb-rainsnow-problem/. Ok, sorry for the mouthfull, i suggest putting in the mods first and see if that fixes the problem, and then change the setting in the enbseries.ini file if the mods don't fix the problem (i know its a different problem but maybe it'll help). Well i hope this fixes your problem man, good luck

I was having the some problem and I have several mods installed like Climates of Tameriel. I was looking at my skyrim.ini and I did not have that line on it an still no rain. What I did was adding that line and change it to 1 and voila!!! Rain and thunderstorms :DHope this helps.Cheers. p.s.Be aware that miraclefreak put the line (bPrecipitation = 0) with spaces. In my ini files there are no spaces between the name, the equal sign (=) and the value, so put it like this:bPrecipitation=1. 1 is on, 0 is off. Mongmorg
I also have this problem, except I can hear the rain, just can't see it! I also have Tamriel Rebuilt installed though so maybe that's the common link we're lookin for? I'm gonna try the .ini trick, just not now lol too tired.
