I wear a Jackoo F3 Equipment from jackoo modern armory and edited the holster gear for 0fLokii and put a Vest on it from Dragon skin

 

this started when i installed HUD Extended and all its requirements

You also did NOT answer the question that was asked, does it happen with ANY armor OR just that one armor you are wearing.

 

I have herd it can be a problem with bad/corrupted skeletons, I have also herd it can happen in vanilla and is a problem with your save. If you find everything but that one save file works then that save is now corrupted and not usable.

 

You should try removing all animation and idle mods you have installed, including any BNB and custom skeletons. After that start a brand new game and test, if the problem is still present with VANILLA armor make certain your Data\meshes\characters\_male and _1stperson folders are EMPTY of all .KF and skeleton.nif.

If you found those items still in those folders delete them, then try again.
