Blender Questions

As a person who likes his nostalgic games and likes to tweak there files to make there own things,

I got myself a copy of Planet Hotwheels (Both versions) And i wan't to change the desert level into this city level with a dragon chasing you (Models and textures of both map and dragon are done, just need to do some animating with the dragon attacking the track and forcing you to change paths) But i noticed, the track files are in .MXS

And im wondering, are there any sort of way to open .mxs files in blender?

And yes, im talking about THIS http://www.shubinmedia.com/img/portfolio/online/hotwheels3.jpg planet hotwheels.
