I think there is some kind of script or something - I'm not familiar with them - which sets her home to Dragonreach/Breezehome. So there must be a way to alter it, and reset her home to somewhere else. I've started to use the Whiterun Mansion mod, and it's a fantastic home for me, but I'd like to move in Lydia as well.
