Mod Request: Remove xray see though walls from Survivor Sense

I would like a mod that removes the xray thingy from survival sense, especially enemies.

 

Personally the only thing I would like to see are those "red auras" around interactions like the poster and newspaper in the beginning of the game because it seems you can't interact with them unless you mark them first in survivor sense. Even better would be if possible to disable survivor sense but still be able to interact with everything.
